edocsolutions provides digital transformation, software development, cloud solutions, data analytics, low-code automation, and IT consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in separate service agreements or statements of work.

• Provide accurate and complete information when making enquiries or engaging our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access information provided

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property created by edocsolutions remain our property unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Upon full payment for services rendered, clients will receive the agreed-upon deliverables and associated rights as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, edocsolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

8. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes unless explicitly stated in a service agreement. Services are provided "as is" except where otherwise specified.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if terms are violated.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
